GROWTH INSTINCT
Helped lift a UK e-commerce store's monthly sales past $100K.
Alloy Wheels Direct, a UK e-commerce retailer, had strong traffic — ~4,000 organic visits/day — but converted at ~0.5% vs a ~2% category benchmark. Demand was leaking out the bottom of the funnel.
A focused 2-week, in-person growth engagement. Audited the funnel and prioritised fixes by revenue impact. The needle-mover: I identified that introducing free shipping was the single highest-leverage unlock, made the case to the owner, got it approved, and shipped it alongside targeted UI/UX fixes.
During my 2-week engagement the store was doing ~$80-90K in monthly sales. The owner later confirmed it had grown past $100K/month — following the free-shipping change I identified and pushed through, plus targeted UX fixes.
